Running an ERG isn't easy. I get it.
Leading an ERG is rarely glamorous. We do this out of passion. We do this to support our community. We do this because we want to make our organization a better place.
Often it feels like a very lonely job.
You're not alone. Help is a phone call away.

Let's talk. I can help you think through the pros/cons of available options.
I built an API ERG from the ground up within my company; a challenging process that took several years. During that time, I was able to connect with Paraag and he served as a very effective sounding board and coach. He graciously offered advice, support, and ideas to help define the “why” and navigate the intricacies and nuances of building an ERG, which was particularly challenging since ERGs did not yet exist at Burns & McDonnell. He also provided honest feedback on delivering a value proposition to executive sponsors, finding allies, building a tribe, and other aspects of ERG development that I might not have considered otherwise.
Since then, Burns & McDonnell’s API ERG has grown tremendously, and I feel very confident that it will continue to bring value to both its members and the company. I express deep gratitude to Paraag for his role in helping us to make this happen.

Within minutes of meeting Paraag, I had the sense that he was a caring and collaborative person that could relate to my life experiences better than most. In the last year, I’ve seen those traits come through whether he is leading webinars with dozens of people or speaking live in front of over a thousand people.
Paraag is genuine and thought-provoking. His style of presentation really engages the audience, asks them to think differently, and encourages their active participation.
I highly recommend Paraag as a speaker and as an advisor to craft leadership and ERG strategy!

For Asian ERG leaders trying to plan events and programs to help their colleagues advance, it is a real gift to be able to feel you are not alone, and for me that was the difference that Paraag made - the feeling that we're all in this together and that there are experienced people who will help you if you just ask.
Paraag brings a wealth of expertise, the ability to relate to technical folks as someone who was trained as an engineer, along with the research on the Asian leadership gap. For any organization looking to better support their Asian employees in navigating the workplace and achieving their career goals, I highly recommend contacting Paraag!
